The Florida School of Traditional Midwifery offers excellence in direct entry midwifery education in an environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. We believe it is our responsibility to promote the awareness and accessibility of midwifery services to our students and thus to the communutity at large.  As well, our school is devoted to providing thoughtful solutions to the needs of the community concerning health care, parent education, family support, childhood development, and healthy lifestyle choices.  Our graduates are prepared to be community builders through the knowledge and practice of midwifery.

FSTM is currently accepting applications. For details about the application process, you can explore the Admissions portion of our website. For a general overview of FSTM’s Programs, visit our electronic FSTM Catalog (which includes a complete course outline, clinical information, and the associated fees).  For specific questions, feel free to call us at 352-338-0766. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to get to know you soon!
